Throughout my career, I have always found a way to innovate and achieve at the highest levels. The good and bad about a career in sales is that you’re always being measured by your numbers. And there’s no hiding from them. At the end of a month, quarter, year, the work you put in speaks for itself in the numbers.

For me, I appreciate the measuring stick. It drives me to continue to achieve and push myself and my team to higher levels. It allows me to look back and see the forest through the trees. All that hard work you put in day after day for months on end, well, you can look and see your growth, in the numbers.
