After seeing the Local Sales Manager position posted for a local leader in broadcast TV, WDIV(NBC Affiliate), I created this video to showcase my personality, experience, connections in the market and versatility as a leader.

This not only secured my first meeting but propelled me through the interview process at a fast pace. This resulted in a terrific material offer that I ultimately had to decline but it was instrumental in receiving a pay increase at the job I held at the time, to stay.
